Description
We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Manager to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Power BI, SQL, and experience in executing roadmaps for overhauling enterprise data reporting and analytics. The Business Intelligence Manager will be responsible for leading a team to develop and maintain business intelligence solutions, provide guidance on data visualization best practices, and drive the strategic direction of our data analytics initiatives.
Responsibilities:
· Execute a roadmap for overhauling enterprise data reporting and analytics.
· Lead a team of data analysts to deliver high-quality solutions.
· Design and implement Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
· Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices for data governance and quality assurance.
· Provide training and support to end users on data visualization tools and best practices.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
· 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field
· Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and other data visualization tools
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Experience in leading and executing enterprise-wide data reporting and analytics initiatives.
