Description
A credit union in Baltimore County is seeking a detailed and organized File Clerk to assist with a filing and scanning project. Prior experience with fling, scanning, document management and general administrative support is required.
Must have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and time management skills. Must drive!
Requirements • Proficiency in Customer Service is crucial, as the role involves direct interaction with clients and colleagues
• Strong Data Entry skills are required, as the role involves entering and updating information in company databases
• Experience in Filing, with a proven ability to organize and maintain files with utmost accuracy
• Document Scanning skills are essential, as the role involves digitizing hard copies of documents for easy access and backup
• Must possess experience in performing Clerical Duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy in all tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and scanners
• Basic knowledge of office software, including Word, Excel, and email applications
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required.
