Description

We are in search of a Temp-only Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bell, California. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing customer applications, and ensuring accurate customer records. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, where you will be integral in monitoring customer accounts and initiating appropriate actions.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries efficiently, providing high quality customer service.

• Accurately process customer credit applications.

• Maintain and update customer credit records to ensure accuracy.

• Monitor customer accounts and initiate necessary actions as required.

• Answer inbound calls and manage email correspondence with customers.

• Utilize call center customer service skills to ensure effective communication.

• Perform data entry tasks related to customer records and credit applications.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for various administrative tasks.

• Manage order entry tasks in line with customer requests.

• Schedule appointments as necessary, ensuring efficient time management.

Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Previous experience in call center customer service is essential.

• Must possess strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.

• Capable of performing data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.

• Experience in email correspondence, able to respond to customer emails professionally and promptly.

• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, able to create spreadsheets, use advanced formulas, and generate reports.

• Skilled in using Microsoft Word for creating and editing documents.

• Experience in order entry, ensuring all customer orders are accurately processed.
