Description Responsibility A: Analyzes and coordinates designing of new & existing applications and architectures ofIntegrated Delivery System systems.• Coordinate new development and make sure it is consistent and well integrated with existing information data structure.• Lead and engage in business analysis, information acquisition analysis and design, data access analysis and design, archiveand recovery strategy, security, and change management.• Appraises effectiveness of systems flow, data usage, and manual or automated processes to identify ineffectiveness orinefficiency of the system.• Develops, designs, and modifies technical specifications for the Integrated Delivery System.• Coordinates the design and analysis of the implementation of new systems and the modifications of existing systems. Deliver business value through effective test management of two or more medium to large test projects. Identify and uses adequate testing thoroughness and risk-based testing techniques. Actively engaged in promoting, supporting, improving, and documents existing testing processes, technology, and procedures. Teach quality assurance best practices, tools, processes, and assist in training program training and development. Deliver business value through effective test management of one or many small test projects. Lead test project sub-teams, identifies, and obtains testing resources as needed. Provide facilitation, communications, and basic test plans, audits, training, and consulting. Support and administer existing test management technologies and systems. Support, improve, and document existing testing processes, technology, and procedures. Communicate testing methodologies using language and technical details appropriate for audience. Work with manager or other staff to coordinate and schedule the various tasks for successfully analyzing, designing, developing, testing and implementing projects on time and within the defined project budget. Work in a team environment to optimize the test management environment to ensure visibility, scalability, repeatability, and reliability. Ensure that assigned projects meet test management policies and standards. Update standard reports/metrics that measure output and quality of testing deliverables and KPIs. Coordinate testing activities with functional and technical leads Coordinate and manage UAT sessions Monitor the defects and assign them to resources as appropriate Manage defect resolution Monitor and report on the status of testing events Communicate status of testing Education: Required- High School Diploma, Preferred- Master's Degree in Science; Required 10 years experience in major system design & implementation experience, Preferred- experience in management or project leadership.
