Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager in the construction industry, located in Bellaire, Texas. This role will primarily involve managing capital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with specific experience in construction and capital assets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle, from planning to execution to closure.

• Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

• Apply project management tools and methodologies to keep projects on track.

• Use AutoCAD and other software to design and plan projects.

• Maintain and update project databases and use EO/IR systems for project monitoring.

• Use Microsoft Excel and Power BI for project data analysis and reporting.

• Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to approved budgets.

• Oversee construction processes and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

• Negotiate and manage contracts related to the project.

• Coordinate appointments and meetings related to the project. Requirements • Proficient in AutoCAD for design and planning purposes

• Familiar with Database management and operations

• Experience with EO/IR systems

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis

• Knowledge of Power BI for business analytics

• Familiarity with About Time management software

• Understanding of Budget Processes relevant to project management

• Experience in Construction, specifically capital project construction

• Knowledge of Contracts and contract negotiation

• Ability to handle Coordinating Appointments effectively with all project stakeholders
