Description Growing organization in Belleville is searching for a Senior Accountant. In this newly created role, the Senior Accountant will be responsible for monthly closing through financial statement preparation for multiple properties, CAM reconciliation, ad hoc reporting, real estate taxes and will work with the outside CPA firm regarding tax issues. Minimum Senior Accountant requirements: BS degree, 3+ years' full cycle accounting and intermediate MS Excel. Prior property accounting experience is a plus.
