Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Bellevue, Washington. This role involves processing incoming regional event reports, maintaining accurate sales and accounting records, and assisting customers in a calm and professional manner. You will also handle various human resources responsibilities and perform projects as directed by company management.

Responsibilities:

• Processes incoming regional event reports including validating reported sales amounts.

• Maintains accurate sales and accounting records.

• Analyzes and validates event income receipts and expenses.

• Interprets financial reporting and identifies anomalies.

• Process employee time records for payroll.

• Tracks IRS W-9 submissions and year-end Form 1099 generation.

• Maintains an accurate database entry.

• Assists customers in a calm and professional manner.

• Performs Human Resources (HR) Administration responsibilities.

• Completes projects as directed by company management.

The pay range for this position is $27.00 to $33.00 per hour.

Requirements • Proficiency in maintaining accurate financial records

• Demonstrated ability in financial reporting

• Experience in managing payroll processes

• Familiarity with Form 1099 and IRS W-9 forms

• Competency in data entry tasks

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) administration procedures

• Proficiency in using accounts payable software and tools

• Ability to comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines

• Proven ability to work in a team and independently

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
