What you get to do every single day
Handle incoming telephone calls
Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence Requirements - Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively
Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers
Supply Chain Modules experience
Adeptness in Microsoft Office
Solid understanding of customer service
General familiarity with Microsoft Office
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Supply Chain Logistics experience
Strong familiarity with supply chain management
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Global Supply Chain experience required
2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods
