OfficeTeam has an opening for an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative in the growing Wholesale Distribution industry. Are you always outgoing and sociable? What you get to do every single day

  • Handle incoming telephone calls

  • Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

  • May support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence Requirements - Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

    • Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
  • Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

  • Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

  • Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Supply Chain Modules experience

  • Adeptness in Microsoft Office

  • Solid understanding of customer service

  • General familiarity with Microsoft Office

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office 365

  • Supply Chain Logistics experience

  • Strong familiarity with supply chain management

  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office 365

  • Global Supply Chain experience required

  • 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment desired

  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications

  • Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods
