Are you ready for your new role as an Operations Processor? We need an Operations Processor who is available to start immediately. The Operations Processor role is suitable for an achievement-oriented, focused, and efficient detail oriented. The primary responsibility of the Operations Processor is to book loans into the banking platform system and process all essential items required for commercial and consumer day-to-day loan processing. Likewise, you will work with lending and commercial/consumer loans operations. This long-term contract / temporary employment opportunity for an Operations Processor is based in the Bellevue, Washington area.

What you get to do every single day

  • Catalogs department-specific spreadsheets, reports and reviews monthly scrub reports

  • Regulates outgoing wires and cashier's checks

  • Update email, voice mail and other communication and send a reply

  • Processes payment corrections and revises billing statements

  • Proceeds payments, advances and payoffs

  • Formulates payoff letters and department invoices

  • Approves and returns verification of mortgage requests

  • Upholds buyer confidence by keeping mortgage loan information confidential

  • Authorize new loans, loan renewals, extensions and modifications into database

  • Stay up-to-date on differing loan programs and corresponding computer system codes

  • Develops codes, status dates and loan information for reporting when necessary

  • Files status and information within processing software system

  • Completes reports, monthly payments and accrual adjustments

  • Checks information is accessible by sorting, organizing, and filing documents

    Requirements - At least 2 years' experience with lending or commercial and/or consumer loan operations

  • 1 year mortgage experience is preferred for this role

    • navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience

    • Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets highly desired

  • Skilled in document management, process transformation, and workflow automation programs/r/n/r/n - Familiarity with financial institution platforms
