OfficeTeam has an exclusive opening for an HR Assistant or a Fortune 500 Company located here in Bellevue, WA. Do you enjoy a plethora of tasks? Are you organized and detail oriented? This temporary to full time position could be the perfect fit for you! This is a short term, temporary to full time position located in Bellevue, WA. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and perks include complimentary in office lunch, casual dress and 1-2 days remote.
Assist with job postings and screening resumes
Candidate will be responsible for first round interviews
Assist with onboarding/interview coordination
Assist with generating reports
Manage HR requests as needed
Maintain employee files
Other duties assigned as needed
Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years in a related role
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Ability to work independently
Knowledge of Bamboo HR a plus, not required
