Description
An MSP client of ours at Robert Half is looking for a Systems Engineer who is the type of person that wants to grow with a company, knows how to speak to technical & non-technical audiences, and doesn't want politics or siloes in their teams/organization! This is a very client facing role, so you don't have to be an extrovert but an introvert is going to need to be comfortable engaging with people regularly and at a high level. People who can learn quickly, manage client expectations and delegate workflows to remote resources as needed to achieve meet expectations and achieve desired outcomes will be a great fit.

Requirements
Must haves:
5+ years minimum previous experience as a Network Admin, IT Systems Engineer, or IT Field engineer
O365, Azure, Entra ID, InTune
Familiarity with legacy tech i.e. AD, printers, desktops, etc.
Experience designing, implementing, and supporting services for Windows Server, Exchange, SharePoint, etc.
Nice to haves:
Experience with Azure, Hyper-V and VMWare
Basic networking experience - WAN/LAN, connectivity, routers, firewalls, security
Remote access solutions: VPN, RDP, O365, Azure VD
Backup & Disaster Recovery
Basic networking experience - WAN/LAN, connectivity, routers, firewalls, security
Any understanding of regulatory compliance
