Description

We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team in Bellevue, Washington. In this role, you will be the sole member of the payroll team, tasked with overseeing all aspects of payroll management. This includes processing bi-weekly payroll, managing commission calculations, and handling 401k uploads. You will also ensure the secure handling of personal identification information.

Responsibilities:

• Execute bi-weekly payroll processes efficiently and accurately

• Administer and verify commissions every Monday

• Respond to relevant emails and inquiries regarding payroll every Tuesday

• Conduct audits on payroll activities every Thursday to ensure accuracy

• Upload and manage 401k details every Friday

• Ensure the secure handling and storage of sensitive personal identification information

• Leverage Oracle NetSuite and Paychex for payroll processing

• Contribute to the growth and development of the payroll function

• Handle other accounting functions as necessary

• Utilize accounting software systems to streamline operations and enhance accuracy.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Knowledgeable in Accounting Functions

• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience in Auditing

• Ability to perform Benefit Functions

• Experience in processing Bi-weekly Payroll

• Proficiency in Oracle

• Familiarity with NetSuite

• Experience with Paychex software

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
