Description A growing Real Estate company is ready to permanent a Corporate Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis in the San Mateo, California area. As a Corporate Accountant, you will be responsible for working with month end close and reconciliations. This position offers a great long-term growth potential with increasing responsibility, including a strong compensation and benefits package for the candidate. How you will make an impact - Prepare Balance Sheet account reconciliations - Assemble monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting - Complete monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables that includes journal entries, reconciliations, and reports in the compensation area in compl Requirements - Great attention to detail - 2+ years of reconciliation experience - Must have excellent time management skills - Self-starter, ability to identify issues and resolve problems - Experience with month end closings - Strong familiarity with Monthly Account Reconciliation - Solid understanding of general ledger - Adeptness in Microsoft Excel - Expertise in account reconciliation - Monthly Accruals experience - BA/BS in Accounting - Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
