Robert Half Paralegal in Beloit, Wisconsin
Description We are in the market for a skilled Paralegal to add to our team in the semi-conductors and electric component manufacturing industry, based in Beloit, Wisconsin. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity where you will be supporting our legal team with a range of tasks including general paralegal support, corporate governance, and contract review.
Responsibilities:
• Provide general paralegal support to our legal team
• Assist with corporate governance duties, ensuring compliance with legal regulations
• Review and redline commercial contracts as needed
• Responsible for creating spreadsheets for directors and officers
• Handle corporate treasury projects and intercompany loan documentation
• Utilize skills in Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, and Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS) for various tasks
• Manage case files using Case Management Software and CompuLaw
• Handle billing functions and calendar management for the legal team
• Aid in claim administration processes
• Utilize strong communication skills to effectively manage corporate governance and Non-Disclosure Agreements. Requirements • Must possess knowledge and experience in the semiconductor or electric component manufacturing industry.
• Prior experience as a Paralegal or in a similar role is essential.
• Proficiency in Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS), and Case Management Software.
• Demonstrated experience in CompuLaw and Billing Functions.
• Proven ability to perform Briefing and Calendar Management tasks.
• Strong skills in Claim Administration and Corporate Governance.
• Excellent written and verbal Communication skills.
• Familiarity with NDA - Non-Disclosure Agreements.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the specified location.
