Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative based in Benicia, California to join our team in the telecom industry. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. You will be responsible for handling a variety of customer service-related tasks including answering inbound calls, assisting customers, and managing data entry tasks.
Customer Service Representative responsibilities include:
• Greet and assist walk-up customers in a professional manner
• Answer inbound and outbound calls, providing high-quality customer service
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and other tasks
• Manage customer service inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services to better assist customers
• Schedule appointments as necessary
• Ensure all customer interactions are logged and order entry is accurate
• Utilize your skills in customer service and email correspondence to improve customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service experience.

Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role as a Customer Service Representative
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls
• Experience in a call center environment, providing customer service
• Strong skills in data entry and order entry
• Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Demonstrates a positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education or certifications in related fields are a plus
