Description Growing company in Bensalem is seeking a Billing Assistant for a possible temporary to full time opportunity. In this role you will review paperwork, confirm rates, check fuel charts, review information against entered data, scan and enters documentation into imaging system, and pay drivers based on individual leases and invoice customers. Familiarity with Excel is required for this role. This position is Monday through Friday, 35-40 hours each week, and is 100% on site. Requirements • Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent education level

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or relevant field

• Proficiency in data entry tasks

• Familiarity with billing procedures and systems

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency in using computers and related software

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities

• High level of integrity and trustworthiness

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
