Description We are looking for an organized Billing Clerk to join our team in Bensalem, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be expected to handle the processing of customer applications, maintain customer records, and resolve customer inquiries. This role also involves monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer credit applications

• Maintain accurate records of customer credit

• Review and confirm rates within paperwork

• Check fuel charts and compare against entered data

• Scan and input documentation into the imaging system

• Handle payment for drivers based on individual leases

• Invoice customers accurately and promptly

• Use Excel to manage data and generate reports

• Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Requirements • Must hold at least 1 year of experience in a similar role or relevant field.

• Proficiency in Data Entry is required.

• Knowledge and experience in Billing processes are compulsory.

• Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently.

• Familiarity with billing software and systems is preferred.

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in accounting or related field is a plus.
