Description We are looking for a Sr. Network Telecom Engineer to join our team in the Financial Services industry, based in BENSALEM, Pennsylvania. As a Sr. Network Telecom Engineer, you will manage, maintain, and support a Cisco centric telecom infrastructure, monitor system health, enforce standards, and work with vendors and service providers to expedite problem resolution. This role offers an exciting permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and sustain Cisco centric telecom infrastructure, including Cisco CUCM, PCCE/CCE, CUIC, CUSP, Finesse, Unity, Jabber, IP Phones, CUBE Routers, UCS Servers, and Calabrio Call Recording.

• Monitor the health of telecom infrastructure and ensure optimal performance.

• Analyze system capacity and performance, recommend upgrades or expansions as necessary.

• Suggest improvements for the telecom and VoIP systems, and propose projects and budgetary items related to VoIP systems.

• Maintain and update telecom systems for reliability and performance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve SIP endpoint and trunk issues.

• Work collaboratively with vendors and service providers to expedite problem resolution.

• Develop a working knowledge of the business side of the organization, and interface effectively with IS groups and business units.

• Follow a formal change control process for any changes to telecom or VoIP systems.

• Take ownership of production problems and drive them to resolution, working closely with other Information Services teams.

• Ensure timely completion of projects and deployments.

• Leverage skills such as Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), Checkpoint, Cisco ASA, Cisco ASA Firewall, Cisco Routers, Authentication, Check Point, Checkpoint Firewall, Computer Hardware, and Configuration Management. Requirements • Proficient in Border Gateway Protocol (BGP)

• Expertise in Checkpoint technology

• Strong knowledge of Cisco ASA

• Ability to handle Cisco ASA Firewall

• Experience with Cisco Routers

• Familiarity with Authentication procedures

• Proficient in using Check Point technology

• Experience with Checkpoint Firewall

• Strong understanding of Computer Hardware
