Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an HR Generalist in Benson, North Carolina, 27504, United States. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for various human resources functions including recruitment, payroll management for 101-500 employees, HRIS system management, fostering employee engagement, HR administration, data analytics, and I-9 audits.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment process to attract and secure top talent

• Manage payroll for a workforce ranging from 101 to 500 employees

• Administer the HRIS system to maintain employee data and generate reports

• Foster a positive work environment through effective employee engagement strategies

• Handle HR administration tasks to ensure smooth operations

• Utilize data analytics to evaluate HR metrics and make informed decisions

• Conduct I-9 audits to ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations. Requirements • Proficiency in Data Analytics is essential, with the ability to interpret and utilize data to drive HR strategies and decisions.

• Demonstrated expertise in Employee Engagement, devising and implementing initiatives to boost morale and productivity.

• Proficient use of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) to manage employee data, benefits, and other HR functions efficiently.

• Strong background in Human Resources (HR) Administration, including policy development, compliance, and HR best practices.

• Experience in conducting I-9 audits to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk.

• Ability to manage Payroll for 101-500 employees, including processing, reporting, and resolving any payroll-related issues.

• Proven skills in Recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. TalentMatch®
