Description Our client is in the process of upgrading to a new ERP software. This will include integrating various systems and merging complex data in a reduced implementation timeline.

Responsibilities - Use excel spreadsheets to clean current data - Audit and correct data discrepancies between source and new system - Review, describe, solve and fix data incongruencies - Learn and incorporate evolving business rules into data audit - Safeguard the data integrity of destination database - Use transaction reports to maintain ongoing system changes Requirements - Extremely detail oriented - Prior data entry experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook required - Critical thinking and problem solving skills - Clear communicator and independent thinker - Knowledge – or ability to learn - fundamentals of ERP software - Demonstrated ability to complete projects and meet deadline - Commitment to work onsite, during regular office hours, for duration of project
