Jeff Abrams is partnering with a client with an exciting opportunity for a Lead Advisor in the East Bay, Bay Area, California. The role involves providing comprehensive financial planning services, managing High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth client relationships, and working closely with internal stakeholders. This role will be a part of our team that focuses on maintaining strong client relations and handling client requests efficiently.

Responsibilities:

· Serves as a Personal CFO for both existing and new clients, leading the client relationship by delivering an outstanding experience and crafting, executing, and managing wealth management strategies aligned with their passions and goals.

· Utilizes internal and external resources to meet client objectives in areas such as Investment Management, Estate Planning, Tax Strategy, Risk Mitigation, and General Financial Planning.

· Articulates our unique value proposition to potential clients, positioning us as their trusted financial advisor.

· Proactively offers recommendations aligned with each client’s financial plan and Investment Policy Statement, while considering the broader strategic implications of their financial situation. Conducts research on investments, tax strategies, estate planning, and relevant regulations.

· Provides expert advice on investment management, retirement planning, tax strategies, risk management, and estate planning, while educating clients on financial concepts and strategies to empower them to make well-informed decisions.

Requirements

· Over 5 years of extensive experience in holistic financial planning, with a proven ability to lead and foster client relationships, while collaborating with internal teams to manage High Net Worth (HNW) clients. Experience in tax or insurance planning is advantageous.

· Holding or working towards a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation, or other relevant certifications, is preferred but not mandatory.

· Demonstrated success as a Financial Planner, with a history of creating and executing comprehensive financial plans.

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related field is preferred.

· Strong expertise in cultivating and managing client relationships.

· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Proven ability to manage projects efficiently, prioritizing and keeping track of multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

· Familiarity with CRM tools (such as Advisor Engines or Salesforce) is a plus.
