Robert Half Senior Accountant in Berkeley, California
Prepares monthly Property Management, Accounting, and Resident Service Fees, including intercompany invoicing for approval
Reconciles assigned GL accounts and prepares necessary journal entries for approval; thoroughly analyzes and understands all activity and balances each account
Prepares necessary journal entries
Prepares and distributes corporate financials monthly for review by corporate controller
Maintains fixed assets schedule for corporate and commercial entities; records monthly depreciation
Records monthly amortization of prepaid taxes and insurance
Records monthly commercial rent receipts and expenses in coordination with 3rd party management company
Maintains weekly cash report and makes recommendations to situations that need attention
Compiles billing support monthly and prepares the grant billing schedule submittals per the scheduled timeline
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or 4 years related experience
Strong excel skills
Non profit company experience
Grant or treasury management experience highly preferred
