Description
We are seeking a talented and creative User Experience (UX) Designer to join our Client's team for a 6-month contract with strong potential to extend/convert. This role is fully remote. As a UX Designer, you will play a critical role in creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across their digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles and a deep understanding of usability best practices
Key Responsibilities:
User Research: Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions. Utilize various methods such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics.
Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts. Utilize tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Interaction Design: Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces, focusing on user flows, interaction patterns, and overall user experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are aligned with business goals and technical constraints.
Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on designs. Analyze and present findings to the team.
Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital products.
Responsive Design: Ensure designs are responsive and provide a seamless experience across various devices and screen sizes.
Accessibility: Incorporate accessibility best practices into design processes to ensure products are usable by all users, including those with disabilities.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies. Continuously seek opportunities to improve user experience.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a User Experience (UX) Designer
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field would be advantageous
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work and process
• Knowledgeable in current industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Advanced proficiency with design tools including Figma
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
