Description

We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Credit Analyst to join our team based in Bridgewater, New Jersey. This role involves assessing and making decisions about customer credit applications using a range of criteria including purpose of application, credit viability, customer payment history and customer credit-worthiness. This is a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently assess and process customer credit applications, using a range of criteria.

• Utilize 3M, Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning tools to manage and track customer applications.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records.

• Conduct cash flow analysis to evaluate customer's financial status.

• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and ensure timely collection processes.

• Evaluate customer credit applications to determine creditworthiness and the likelihood of a customer defaulting.

• Monitor customer accounts regularly and identify any irregularities or discrepancies.

• Resolve customer inquiries related to their credit applications and accounts.

• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure all financial data has been accounted for.

Requirements • Proficiency in the use of 3M tools and techniques

• Knowledge and experience in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Ability to use CRM tools effectively

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) management

• Expertise in Cash Flow Analysis

• Experience in Collection Processes

• Strong understanding of Credit procedures

• Ability to handle Credit Application processes effectively.
