Accounts Payable Clerk - Entry Level position!
Direct-Hire / Permanent position

Fully in-office role, 5 days per week onsite
Robert Half has partnered with a great non-profit organization in their search of an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their growing accounting department. This position will report to the Accounting Manager and join a team of 2 others in Accounts Payable.
Responsibilities:
• Process vendor invoices
• Ensuring all payments are made according to agreed schedules.
• Manage the provision of sales tax documents to vendors
• Address any discrepancies with invoices
• Perform clerical duties related to the specific area of responsibility.
• Collect and verify data for accuracy as part of the Accounts Payable processes.
• Utilize software such as Microsoft Excel and NetSuite for invoice processing and other Accounts Payable tasks.
Desired Experience:
Prior Accounts Payable experience is preferred - will consider someone with any relevant experience that is interested in this type of position
MS Office / MS Excel experience
Passion for working in non-profit industry
Our client is offering an hourly pay rate of $19 - 20.50 per hour, plus year-end bonus, and a great benefits package that include retirement match, 3wks of paid time off, and tuition reimbursement!
