Robert Half Business Development Officer in Berwyn, Pennsylvania

Job Duties:

• Direct sales of EOR chemicals within assigned territory

• Visit customer sites on a regular basis to give sales presentations, lunch and learns, happy hours, etc. to cultivate client relationships

• Aggressively pursue new business prospects and penetrate competitive accounts

• Maintain an up-to-date customer/contact list in Pipedrive to facilitate the distribution of marketing materials, meetings, proposals, and sales

• Attend product related technical shows and other marketing related activities and represent Company products and services

• Submit accurate and timely monthly sales forecasts

• Assist in marketing efforts to promote products and gain feedback from clients about products

• Work with a cross-functional team to define/refine Company products for clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or other technical field

• 5+ years' experience in the oil and gas sector; prior laboratory experience or chemical sales experience highly desirable

• Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations in order to sell Company products and services

• Relevant industrial experience/knowledge in chemical formulations, chemical blending, surface chemistry

• Ability to prioritize activities that achieve sales goals, specifically good time and territory management skills

• Must have the ability to work in collaborative environment Requirements Business Development
