Description
Robert Half Talent Solutions is in search of an Accounts Payable Specialist to be part of our client's team located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The role primarily involves managing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer queries. You will also be tasked with monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications
• Maintain precise records of customer credit
• Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly
• Keep track of customer accounts and take necessary actions when required
• Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Utilize accounting software and Microsoft Excel for various tasks
• Maintain excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with colleagues and vendors
• Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounts payable and billing role
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience with Check Runs and Coding Invoices
• Strong data entry and invoice processing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Oracle and QuickBooks
• Familiarity with SAP software
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
