Description

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around the accurate and efficient management of customer invoicing processes, ensuring timely payments, and resolving any billing discrepancies.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and process accurate invoices promptly.

• Review all billing data for accuracy and completeness.

• Maintain and update billing records and documentation.

• Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely payment collection.

• Promptly resolve billing discrepancies and issues.

• Communicate effectively with clients regarding billing inquiries and payment arrangements.

• Form positive working relationships with internal and external clients.

• Develop expertise on assigned customer accounts and their administrative and invoicing requirements.

• Collaborate with business development, peers, and project management teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.

• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to billing.

Requirements • Proven experience in an Accounts Receivable role or similar financial position

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) processes

• Familiarity with SAP and its financial modules

• Experience with handling Purchase Orders

• Strong numerical skills for accurate data entry and reporting

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines

• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external clients

• High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion

• A relevant degree in finance, accounting or a related field is preferred

• Familiarity with financial regulations and accounting principles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
