SUMMARY

OfficeTeam is currently seeking skilled candidates to fill multiple openings for a rewarding CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE role with a highly cutting edge and very reputable organization located in Allentown, PA. In these CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE positions, you will be responsible with communicating with clients regarding support for company products and services. This CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE position will allow you to communicate with customers via phone, email and chat communications and be able to provide a strong knowledge of the different services that are provided. The CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE will be able to put together and promote different projects and campaigns regarding services to new customers and upgrading campaigns to existing clients. Play a vital role with this CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE role as you will be focused on maintaining a high level of professionalism in each call while keeping a fun and engaging office setting. This CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE must also be able to handle high call volume and be able to think and adapt quickly to different customer situations. This CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE will be working closely with clients to identify and troubleshoot issues with the POS systems on-site. In addition, this CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE must be able to handle calls customers calling in irate or maybe escalated issues. This CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE must also be competent in knowing that a strong, positive attitude and reliability will be needed. DUTIES

Provide assistance with special projects and other various campaigns such as inbound and outbound calling and assist with any technical updates as needed

Perform various email and phone correspondence with potential and existing clients

Make sure you have a strong knowledge of all products and services the company provides in order to help the client

Reviewing various documentation for installation of any new equipment on outbound calls

Additional customer service support as needed

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years' experience in Customer Service or Technical Support roles preferred

Candidates who may have worked in the Retail for Food Service industries are ideal and anyone who's worked heavily with any Point of Sale Systems that may have a strong knowledge how these systems operate

Candidate must be able to adapt quickly to changing customer service inquiries and be quick thinking

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Candidate must be able to adapt working in a fast-paced environment and being able to multi-task

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must be a reliable and dependable employee!

Bachelor's Degree highly preferred in Business-related studies

Bilingual in Spanish a plus, not a requirement!
