Play a vital role with this Human Resources Generalist as you will be assisting the company’s Human Resources team and will be responsible for all facets of Human Resources, including promoting a positive work culture. This Human Resources Generalist will also be providing support with benefits enrollment, payroll and other administrative duties associated within the department. Become an integral part of the team with this Human Resources Generalist role as you will be helping the team’s recruiting needs and making sure a full pipeline of potential candidates is consistently met. Assist with company’s hiring needs with full cycle recruiting needs; assist with sourcing, recruiting and interviewing for all open positions
Pre-screen, evaluate and testing candidates
Assist with the onboarding and orientations of all new employees
Make sure all EEO, I9 and other employee paperwork is being properly maintained in the database
Provide support with the background process, medical checks, and drug testing for all new employees
Assist with workers compensation claims and make sure the company is ADA compliant
Prepare and maintain job descriptions for all open positions
Assist with any additional Human Resources-related tasks

3+ years’ experience in Human Resources, Recruiting or Talent Acquisition
Industry experience in Manufacturing a plus!
Excellent interpersonal and organization skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be a reliable and dependable employee!
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's Degree highly preferred in Human Resources or related areas a plus!
