OfficeTeam is currently seeking skilled candidates to fill a challenging role to work as an Office Assistant for a reputable Non-Profit organization located onsite in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Become an integral part of the team with this Office Assistant as you will be responsible for managing all front-end operations such as answering phones and greeting visitors and clients into the office. This Office Assistant will be also integral in the process of generating office correspondence, sorting, and distributing mail and other additional clerical tasks as assigned. This Office Assistant will have the opportunity to work for an organization that helps making a difference in the community and an opportunity to gain Office experience in the exciting work of Non-Profit! In this Office Assistant position, you will be required to work between the hours of 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Answer and screen incoming phone calls

Access customer account information, enter and update information as necessary

Provide excellent customer experience

Handle administrative and clerical duties

Organize and route incoming telephone calls

Enter and track client/vendor information in the computer system

Verifying, correcting, deleting unnecessary data, or combining data from several sources before entering a file

Maintain files and records in accordance with the records retention policy

Scan, file, and organize various documents

Other clerical tasks as assigned

1+ years’ experience in Front Office and/or Administrative-related positions

Experience working in Non-Profits a plus, not a requirement!

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills

Must have a positive attitude and is self-motivated!

Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not a requirement
