Our client is a leading investment firm dedicated to providing exceptional financial services to our clients in Beverly Hills. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on a temporary to hire basis. We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist with 3-5 years of experience to manage our accounts payable functions efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QuickBooks and Bill.com, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role offers the potential for a permanent position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage accounts payable transactions accurately and timely
Utilize QuickBooks and Bill.com for invoice processing and payment management
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Assist in month-end closing processes
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions
Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders
Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives
Requirements
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in accounts payable
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Bill.com is a must
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of integrity and professionalism
