Robert Half B- Call Center Specialist in Beverly Hills, California
Description A credit union located in Beverly Hills is looking for a Customer Service Representative on a contract to permanent basis. You will be responsible for taking inbound calls from members of the credit union and answering questions and assisting with issues. You will deal with calls related to opening new accounts, helping with the mobile app, and answering questions regarding their debit and credit cards. Experience working for a bank or a credit union is a huge plus! Hours are 8:30am-4:30 Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional member service in a call center environment. Resolve member issues efficiently and effectively. Manage office tasks including filing and general office management. Process and accept checks. Perform back-office work related to member accounts and services. Handle customer service inquiries and provide accurate information.
Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills. Ability to resolve issues promptly. Proficient in office management and filing. Call center experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in a call center or customer service environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to handle complaints professionally and calmly • Proficient in basic office skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and data entry • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure • Exceptional customer service skills and commitment to providing high-quality service • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
