Associate Attorney's Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and analysis.
Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions.
Assist in case management, including discovery and trial preparation.
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.
Represent clients in court proceedings.
California Bar Admission: Candidates must be licensed to practice law in California.
Plaintiff Litigation Experience: A minimum of 1+ years of prior experience in plaintiff litigation is required.
