Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Assistant in Beverly Hills, California. The role is primarily focused on the government sector. As an HR Assistant, your job will be centered around the verification of I-9's and managing HRIS systems. The position is based in our Beverly Hills office, and you will be reporting to the HR Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Verify a large volume of I-9's in accordance with government regulations.

• Utilize HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems to manage and update employee records.

• Ensure all I-9 audits are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with the HR team and report directly to the HR Manager.

• Manage different work shifts to accommodate both west coast and east coast hours.

• Participate in Zoom interviews with potential candidates.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to the company's data privacy policies.

• Handle any other HR-related tasks as directed by the HR Manager. Requirements • A minimum of one year of experience in a Human Resources role or similar

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in I-9 Compliance and I-9 Audits

• Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems)

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with various departments

• Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred

• Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.
