The ideal receptionist candidate must be well versed in the following day-to-day duties:

(1) Answering incoming and outgoing calls, proficient in all aspects of phone management and routing calls (*some training will be provided);

(2) Sorting inbound/outbound mail

(3) Scanning/copying documents, data/ file management

(5) Setting up Zoom meetings

(4) Setting up lunches, conference room, re-stocking the fridge, engage with guests/clients.

(5) Understand the importance and need for serious confidentiality

Software Skills: MacBook office and use Microsoft Office.


Hours: Monday – Friday; 40 hours a week; 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
