Robert Half Payroll Specialist in Beverly Hills, California
Description We are in search of a Payroll Specialist to join our team in Beverly Hills, California. In this role, you will have the vital task of handling customer applications, maintaining precise customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. Additionally, you will monitor customer accounts and act accordingly.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications
• Maintain precise customer credit records
• Use ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing and time card management
• Experience with onboarding and wage/garnishment modules is beneficial, however, the primary requirement is payroll processing
• Utilize Excel for report generation
• Handle payroll processing for a significant number of employees, both hourly and salaried, located in California
• Familiarity with other ADP software and a strong background in payroll will be considered
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve them promptly and effectively
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential.
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required.
• Experience in using ADP Workforce Now is a must.
• Knowledge in using Ceridian software is beneficial.
• Ability to navigate Dayforce is needed.
• Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration is advantageous.
• Familiarity with About Time software is appreciated.
• Understanding of Accounting Functions is crucial.
• Auditing skills are necessary.
• Knowledge of Benefit Functions is important.
