Description
An opportunity has arisen for the position of an Ad Sales Finance Specialist within our dynamic organization. This is a 6 month+ maternity leave coverage where the specialist will direct sales revenue, forecasts, data correctness, reporting, and standardize salesforce. The role will also entail collaborating with various departments to provide insights driven by data to Sales and top management to help understand the current and future state of the business’ revenue.
Responsibilities:
Monitor sale performance against targets and provide regular updates to management
Direct sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy and accountability
Collaborate with top management to enhance sales forecasting and build strategic plans and models to optimize performance and provide regular updates
Implement, oversee and integrate forecasting efforts with the company's other processes to enable data-driven decision-making
Use analytics to monitor performance and identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth
Ensure accuracy in data management and reporting across multiple platforms
Produce regular and ad-hoc reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and key metrics
Collaborate with the Accounting and Finance team during month end and annual close process
Oversee Salesforce optimization and standardization to ensure alignment with Sales and partner funnel strategies
Strategically collaborate with cross-functional teams on positioning, enablement, and roadmap priorities to ensure alignment with objectives
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, presales operations, and sales & marketing technologies including Salesforce
Experience in media ad sales
Extensive experience with Salesforce, Excel, GAM reporting, Think-cell
Deep understanding of corporate financial month end and annual close Accounting & Finance processes
Excellence in data management, visualization, reporting, and using data for informed decision-making
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with solid presentation abilities
Proven ability to communicate sales, business operations, and strategic concepts to diverse audiences, including senior/executive leadership
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
