Description

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Manager of Operations to oversee our data entry, order processing, and records management functions. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for optimizing operational processes, ensuring accuracy, and driving efficiency within the team. The ideal candidate will possess strong management and organizational skills, with a proven track record in operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the operations team, providing direction, support, and training to ensure high performance and productivity.

  • Oversee data entry processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in data management across all platforms.

  • Manage order processing workflows, coordinating with various departments to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.

  • Implement and maintain records management systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.

  • Analyze operational processes and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality across all operations.

  • Prepare and present reports on operational performance, trends, and areas of opportunity to senior management.

  • Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting communication and teamwork across departments.

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and operational excellence.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably in a data-driven environment.

  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operations management software.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
