Robert Half User Experience (UX) Designer in Beverly, Massachusetts
Description
Robert Half's marketing & creative client is looking for a UX Designer for a 8+ month contract north of Boston. This is a hybrid, 40-hour-per-week opportunity; candidates must be able to work onsite 1+ day per week. The UX Designer will aid in a large-scale rebrand and update of the client's digital presence across web and mobile platforms. The UX Designer will be responsible for creating flawless experiences across web, mobile, and digital channels.
Responsibilities include:
Create wireframes, storyboards, sitemaps, user journey maps and prototypes, ensuring effective communication with internal stakeholders
Align with brand guidelines and industry demands
Promote inclusive and accessible design solutions
Conduct user testing to inform design decisions
Work alongside the data analytics and engineering teams
Use research findings to create user personas and journeys
Maintain design library
Collaborate on information architecture
Implement best practices for interactive design
Interested candidate should include a portfolio of relevant design samples. Must have 5+ years of experience and strong Figma and HTML/CSS skills. Knowledge of WCAG best practices is a plus. Prior agency, pharmacy, biotech, or medical industry experience preferred. If interested and available, apply today!
Requirements
Degree in design, communication, or related
5+ years of UX Design experience
Prior pharma, healthcare, biotech, or related agency experience
Portfolio demonstrating relevant work samples
Experience using Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or related platforms
Excellent communication skills
Experience across wireframing, journey mapping, prototyping, user testing, and implementation
Knowledge of HTML/CSS
Familiarity with WCAG guidelines
Self-starter
Strong project management skills
