Description
We have been engaged by a leading employer in the Bismarck, ND area as they seek an IT Business Analyst. This is a full-time onsite opportunity with no remote or hybrid work available.

Responsibilities:
Serve as a technical business analyst on multiple IT initiatives, catering to diverse stakeholder groups.
Employ waterfall project management approach while demonstrating proficiency in Agile methodologies.
Organize and lead meetings with project teams and stakeholders to ensure transparent communication.
Maintain and adjust stakeholder expectations throughout project stages.
Document the current and expected future states of projects.
Extract, compile, and scrutinize stakeholder needs using methods such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.
Prioritize requirements to align with project objectives and stakeholder necessities.
Design and implement formal test plans and cases to confirm that project outcomes meet requirements.
Requirements
Requirements:
MUST HAVE a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in computer science, information systems, project management, business administration, criminal justice, or related field
With a Bachelor's Degree, 4+ years of hands on professional experience as a Business Analyst is required
With a Master's Degree, at least 2 years of hands on professional experience as a Business Analyst is required
Clear & effective communication, collaboration & teamwork, analytical thinking, adaptability & flexibility, and time management skills
Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, etc.
