Customer Service Represantatives NEEDED!

Your responsibilities in this role

  • Receive and send written business correspondence

  • Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion

  • Be a part of business development by by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Handle incoming telephone calls

    Requirements - Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills required

  • Demonstrated knowledge of English Language

  • General familiarity with Expense Reporting

  • Experience with Specification

  • Adeptness in About Time

  • Agreements experience preferred

  • Prior experience with call centers

  • Training experience

  • Expertise in Go

  • Proficiency in Explanation

  • Expertise in documentation

  • Background working with Communication Skills

  • Good understanding of Monitoring Tool

  • Financial Notes experience highly preferred

  • Foundational knowledge in Subcontract

  • Practical knowledge of travel

  • Suppliers experience highly valued

  • Laptop Hardware experience desired

  • Previous experience working with Attendance

  • Earlier work involving Purchase Orders

  • Foundational knowledge in procedures

  • Experience with quality

  • Hands-on experience with Buying Processes

  • Customer service experience

  • Professional Phone Etiquette experience highly desired

  • Comprehension of KPI Reporting

  • Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

  • No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

  • 2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills

  • Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks

    • Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
  • Proven computer skills

  • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Customer service and office administrative skills
