Your responsibilities in this role:
Managing various administrative duties
Taking advantage of digital recruiting resources
Furnishing and screening candidates through various sources and platforms
Conducting interviews
Helping with new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations
Writing and posting job opportunity advertisements
Making internal recommendations
Requirements
You can do this job if you have proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
Quality experience with Microsoft Office Suites
Comprehensive knowledge of HRIS
Proficiency in Full Cycle Recruiting
Well-founded grasp of Onboarding
Recruiting Events experience
Foundational knowledge in Recruiting Activities
Expertise in Human Resources (HR) Administration
Proven knowledge of Volume Recruiting
Practical knowledge of Job Postings
General familiarity with Background Checks
Proficiency with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- The responsibilities of this position will require you to be highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
1+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
