Robert Half is looking to fill MULTIPLE Benefit Coordinator roles with a large Fortune 500 company in Bloomington, Minnesota! If you love providing excellent customer service support to clients, this position could be the best fit for you as you would be handling phone calls, answering inquiries, and documenting your conversations.
Day to day:
Answering customer questions on benefits, pensions, and plan coverage
Handling 30-50 inbound calls daily on average, may increase with busier days
Providing quality calls to customers
Actively problem solve customer concerns with grace and integrity
High School Diploma or GED
Must live in the Twin Cities Metro area as they will return to the office at some point
Strong reliability and attendance
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Open to learning a variety of new pieces of information
