Description
Robert Half is partnering with a Consulting Firm, and sourcing for a Contracts Manager. This role will involve mitigating contractual risk and acting as a primary negotiator for the company.
Responsibilities:
• Review, analyze, and negotiate a broad range of contractual instruments in the architectural/engineering/construction industry and consulting firm business
• Act as a primary liaison/negotiator with external client or vendor representatives, as well as support internal company representatives with their contract negotiations
• Provide support to internal company representatives with contract interpretation, particularly related to performance obligations, and help them identify ways to mitigate contractual risk
• Draft NDAs, confidentiality agreements, consultant and subcontractor agreements, and contract amendments
• Research and understand regulations in all geographical areas in which the company operates to ensure contracts are in compliance with applicable laws
• Maintain organized systems for contractual instruments and other areas of responsibility, in line with department processes
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Contracts Manager role or similar position within the service industry
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Strong understanding of contract legalities and able to ensure all contracts meet legal requirements
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field is preferred.
