Description
As a Customer Service Representative at a Medical Device company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring their customers receive outstanding service. Your responsibilities will include answering inquiries about our products, troubleshooting issues, processing orders, and handling both inbound and outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
Provide product information and guidance to customers.
Assist customers in troubleshooting issues with our medical devices.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Handle outbound calls for order confirmations and follow-ups.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and issues.
Stay up-to-date with our product offerings and industry knowledge.
Meet or exceed performance targets for response times and customer satisfaction.
Adhere to company policies and procedures related to data security and customer privacy.
Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls.
Empathetic and patient demeanor when assisting customers.
Knowledge of medical devices or healthcare industry experience is a plus.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
