Description We are in search of a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team, offering a contract role in the service industry, located in Bloomington, Minnesota. This role serves as a key liaison between our organization and our customers and technicians, focusing on enhancing customer experience and ensuring smooth service interactions.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries about products, services, and scheduling matters
• Dispatch technicians in alignment with customer needs, providing them with necessary job information
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them through solutions, and escalate issues when necessary
• Communicate with technicians regarding job status, changes, and potential issues
• Strive for a high level of customer satisfaction, implementing procedures to promote this
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance overall customer experience
• Use skills such as answering inbound calls, data entry, and email correspondence to provide excellent customer service
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for order entry and to schedule appointments
• Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively, balancing multiple tasks simultaneously. Requirements • Must possess strong skills in answering inbound calls
• Experience in call center customer service is necessary
• Should demonstrate strong customer service skills
• Proficient in data entry tasks
• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally
• Experience in both inbound and outbound calls
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word is a must
• Experience in order entry tasks is necessary
• Ability to schedule appointments effectively and efficiently
