Description
Robert Half has an exciting opportunity to be a Director of Internal Audit with a global company! The selected individual will be responsible for all internal audit and risk management operations within our financial divisions. This role includes managing financial, business process, and information systems audits, as well as special projects to assess the effectiveness of business controls, financial data, and compliance with regulations. This opportunity comes with a discretionary bonus and equity.

Requirements
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of auditing, preferably within banking
• Proven track record of managing and directing internal audit programs.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Corporate Internal Audit.
• Must possess strong leadership skills to manage and coordinate audit teams.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively relay audit findings to senior management and stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address potential risks.
• Proficient in audit software and other relevant computer applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, a Master's degree is preferred.
• Certification as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) would be advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity to manage sensitive and confidential information.
• Solid understanding of the regulatory standards and guidelines within the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry.
