Authoring and posting job opportunity advertisements Stocking and filtering candidates through various sources and platforms
Creating internal recommendations Performing interviews
Directing various administrative duties
Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
You will do well in this position if you are highly detail oriented, and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
Navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience desired
Zero to two + years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Anyone looking to perform this position's duties needs proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
Knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
