Description

We are on the lookout for a meticulous and dynamic Office Administrator to join Robert Half's team. As the representative of our brand, you will oversee our front office area, ensuring it is inviting for guests and provide crucial support for office proceedings.

Your position is vital in ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently. As the initial touchpoint for visitors and callers, you are responsible for greeting, directing, and aiding as required. You will also oversee office supplies administration, light invoice processing, the undertaking of administrative initiatives, and ensuring our hardworking employees have a stocked kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reception Operations: Be the welcoming face for guests, guide them promptly, and extend necessary support for a positive experience.

• Telephone Management: Tackling incoming calls, directing them to suitable departments or personnel and providing required information/support.

• Office Inventory: Monitor supply stock, order as needed, and affirm necessary resources are always ready.

• Bill Processing: Contribute to light invoice operations including maintaining records and data entries.

• Administrative Duties: Provide support for different administrative duties and projects as necessary.

• Kitchen Upkeep: Make sure the kitchen is stocked with essentials for our team.

• Mail & Delivery Management: Accept, categorize, and distribute incoming mail and parcels.

• Office Support Duties: Support with photocopying, filing, and other typical office assignments.

Requirements

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; any college level coursework or diploma is beneficial.

• Prior experience in office or administrative roles is considered a plus but not compulsory.

• Approachable and proficient demeanor paired with excellent communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.

• Knowledge in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).

• Ability to function independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
